| Payments may also be made via COD (Cash On Delivery) which is provided by Aramex. Payment will be upon delivery of goods by Aramex. (Please note that COD is only available on request and will only be provided for either repeat customers or souqers with good rating. Please ask us first on the auction if you intend to pay via COD. Allowing COD is solely at our discretion.) |

| We strongly encourage our buyers to pay online and not by COD, as there is an additional Aed 6 cash handling fee + the item cost for COD. Paying by one of the online methods or through "My Wallet" will result in Souq charging the Seller Aed 3 transaction fee, the Buyer will only pay the item cost + delivery charges. |
| Item(s) sold can only be delivered by Aramex. Personal collection of any item(s) is not possible. |
| After an auction is closed or a Buy Now confirmation has been made by the Buyer, Souq will send confirmation email to both the Buyer and the Seller. It is the Buyer's responsibility to activate shipping. |
| Buyers are strongly encouraged to update their addresses in their Souq account. Failure to do so may result in unneccesary delay in shipment delivery by Aramex. Please note that Aramex can not deliver to P.O. Boxes. |
| Please note that under normal circumstances, Aramex may take upto 3-7 days to collect the item from the Seller and deliver it to the Buyer, after the Buyer has activated shipping. If you have purchased an item during or near the weekend it may take longer. All items sold are ready to be collected as soon the buyer activates shipping. | Placing a bid on an item is equivalent to entering into a legal contract with the Seller to purchase that item. Please do not bid if you do not intend to buy the item. |
| Winning bid price is final. Negotiations will not be entertained. |
| The winner should activate shipping within a week (MAX) of the auction closing date. Failure to do so will result in the item being re-listed, the winner being left with a negative feedback and the matter being reported to Souq. |

| The Seller's motto is 100% satisfaction for all purchases. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the product received for any reason then it is strongly recommended that the Buyer contacts and informs the Seller regarding any problem before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. Rating hastily either neutral or negative, without giving the Seller a chance to rectify any dissatisfaction, will only result in the Buyer receiving a neutral or negative rating in return for poor communication. |
